I Ching Online provides free three-coin I Ching casts, standard hexagram text, a 64-hexagram library, changing lines, and optional AI interpretations of a cast. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this website. Casting and standard readings do not need an account.
Sign-in is email and password, and Google sign-in is also offered with this site's own Google account. A verified email can receive a limited free credit grant. Signed-in people can see their profile, credit balance, and credit history, and can delete the account from settings. Account data is kept while the account is in use. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops future renewals only. After 48 hours the current paid period is not refunded. The subscription charge itself is still covered by the 48-hour rule. If you choose to delete your account or if your account is closed, a closed account still follows the refund policy.
A person must have the right to submit their text. Unauthorized copyrighted material and someone else's private material are not allowed. You agree not to engage in illegal use, intrusion, overloading the service, scraping, reverse engineering, resale, malware, spam, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
Readings, including AI interpretations, are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they are not guaranteed. Optional AI interpretations require credits. When requested, an AI provider receives the cast, the hexagrams, the language, and the question only to produce the requested AI interpretation.
Optional AI interpretations use credits. The site sells credit packs and subscriptions processed through our payment processor. Checkout may not be open yet; these rules apply to any purchase.
Within 48 hours after a purchase or renewal, unused credits from that purchase are refunded in cash in proportion: amount paid for that purchase divided by credits issued for that purchase, multiplied by unused credits from that purchase, minus the payment processor fee for that payment.
The fee is subtracted only in that 48-hour usage calculation. These four cases are not charged that fee: a duplicate charge, a payment where the credits or subscription never arrived, a confirmed malfunction, and a refund required by law.
Credits already used by a successful generation are not refunded in cash, including inside 48 hours.
After 48 hours, no cash refund is provided for disliking a result, changing one's mind, or deciding the purchase was wrong after using credits.

If our technical failure returns credits, that is credits, not cash, and not a replacement grant. This is not limited to 48 hours.
To request a refund, contact support@ichingonline.pro. We reply in 5 to 7 business days. An approved cash refund goes back to the original payment method. We do not control how long the bank takes.
The service is offered as is. Indirect losses are not covered.
