What we collect

Account details when you register: your name and email address. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Credit records linked to your account: credits granted, used and remaining.
When you request an AI reading: the cast lines, the hexagrams computed from them, your language setting and, if you typed one, your question.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and to analyze website usage.

Casting, standard readings, your reading history and journal entries are saved in your browser on this device. We do not receive them unless you request an AI reading for that cast. You can delete journal entries on the Journal page; clearing your browser data also removes them. Data saved on one device does not appear on another.

How we use it

To run your account, perform castings and readings, generate AI readings you request, keep your credit balance accurate, prevent abuse, and answer support emails.

An AI service provider processes the content of AI reading requests (cast, hexagrams, language and your question) only to generate the reading.
Our hosting and database provider runs the site and stores account and credit records.
An email provider sends account emails.
Authentication is handled by our own account system; we never see or store your password in plain text. We do not sell personal data and we do not show ads.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, save readings on your device, and analyze website usage.

How long we keep it

Account and credit records are kept while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, security and accounting purposes. Data saved on your device stays until you delete it.

Your choices

You can use free casting and standard readings without an account. You may email us to access or correct your account data, or to ask us to delete your account. For payments and refunds, see our Refund Policy (to be published before checkout opens).
